IMPORTANT - a Return Authorization Number is required for any return to be accepted.

If any of the items from your order are missing, broken, or damaged when your package arrives, please notify us within 2 business days of delivery by sending an email containing your name, order number and a description of the problem. If an item needs to be returned, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) that should be placed on and in the box when an item is returned.

Be sure to check your order before processing to ensure that the font, design cuts, thread, foil and ink colors and formats selections and the spelling and dates, if any, are correct, as wedding accessories and gifts that have been personalized with engraving, embroidery, etc. are non-refundable.  Order carefully.

If you believe you have been shipped an incorrect item, please provide the item description shown on the packing slip that accompanied your shipment, along with the item number and description of the item you had ordered. If you need assistance with an order correction, please send an email to Orders@LaDonnaWeddings.com.

If for any reason you do not want to keep an item you have purchased, you may return any unused, unopened, undamaged item within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund of the item’s purchase price. Item being returned must be received within 45 days of receipt of shipment. Please be advised that items must be packed in the original product packaging or inner box used to ship it to you. Please contact us by email at Orders@LaDonnaWeddings.com for your RA# (within 30 days of purchase). Items to be returned must be authorized first. Once the number has been issued, please print it on the outside of the return box and include it on any documentation enclosed with return.

Returns received more than 45 days from the purchase date will not be processed or credited. To make a return, please follow the Return Procedures below. Once your return has been processed, an email listing the amount of the credit issued will be sent to the email address you supplied at the time the order was placed. Please allow 10 business days for us to process your return. It may take up to two credit card statements for your credit to appear. 

Return Procedures:

1.  Email orders@LaDonnaWeddings.com to obtain a RA # as described above.

2.  RA# will be sent to you via email.

3.  Put reason for return on packing slip.

4.  Put RA# on packing Slip.

5.  Include copy of packing slip, RA# email and item in original packaging in the return shipping box.

6.  Put the RA# on the outside of the shipping box.

7.  Send to La Donna Wedding, 20026 Ramblewood Drive, Macomb, MI 48044.

8.  Customer is responsible for shipping costs required to ship all return packages. If an incorrect item was shipped, a credit will be given for the cost of the return postage, if proof of the shipping cost is included with the shipping documents described above.

9.  Return orders will be processed within 2-3 weeks of receipt of shipment.

For customer security, please only ship returns via carriers with tracking services or by insured federal mail. LaDonnaWeddings.com is not responsible for any return that is lost or damaged during shipment back to our warehouse. 

Original and return shipping charges will not be credited unless an incorrect item was received and proof of shipping costs are included with shipping documentation.

Items can be returned for credit only. Items cannot be returned in exchange for any other item. Any additional items will need to be processed as a new order.

La Donna Wedding guarantees your satisfaction. If you do not feel that your purchase has lived up to your expectations, you have 30 days from shipping date to return it. We will gladly refund the purchase price or replace any item as originally ordered.
