Wedding-in-A-Box (WIAB) has been carefully developed by a wedding consultant to insure the most perfect day possible for the union of two families.  The goal has been to eliminate the unnecessary pressures and tensions, which too often accompany the wedding activities and planning process.

WIAB is a unique, one-of-a-kind, 3x5, color-coded card system that organizes and simplifies every aspect of planning a wedding.  Included in the system are:

1)     Detailed timetable cards … breaks down the tasks into suggested time schedules for ease in personal planning and task completion prior to the wedding date.  Includes individual color-coded cards listing tasks for bride, groom and the couple.

2)      Special service cards … to list pertinent information on your vendors such as photographer, baker, florist, etc.

3)     Attendant duty cards … Color-coded information and duty cards for each person in the wedding party, including parents.

4)     Individual guest cards (175)  - to record their name, address, phone, important dates such as anniversaries and birthdays. Has a specific section for verifying the mailing of the invitation, RSVP card receipt, to list gift received and that thank you cards were sent for shower, wedding, etc.

…and more. It is also a ready-reference and efficient check system of completed tasks.

The cards have been developed to simplify your planning process and to give concrete suggestions, which will serve as a guideline for your plans.  Added notes offer you a base for discussion, but your personal choices will make the final decisions.
